Making a purchase could not be easier. Just click on “shop“,
click on a style of shoe, use the drop-down menus to select
the exact shoe you wish to purchase, then click the shopping
cart icon to make an order.
Repeat this process to order additional shoes until you
have completed your shopping.You can examine your order
at any time by clicking “View Cart“. Once you
have completed shopping, click “check out“ and
you will be guided through the process to complete the order
form.
You can then order on-line using our SECURE service.

We do not debit your credit card until your order is dispatched.
We do not know of any documented cases of credit card fraud
using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit
card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order
is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted
after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear
text on any web site.
Prices
All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Your bank or credit card company will convert our GBP
price to
your currency at the exchange rate in force at the time
of conversion. This process and the conversion rate used
are beyond our control. As a guide only, you can use our
International Currency Convert, shown below, to
help you calculate the apporximate cost in most currencies.
Sales Tax
All goods despatched to countries within the EU are subject
to the addition of UK Sales Tax at the rate in force at
the date of despatch. Our Shopping Cart will automatically
display and add this cost to your total order value when
you select the UK or another EU country from the drop-down
country list when making a purchase. There is no sales tax
on goods shipped to destinations outside the EU.
Specifications
We reserve the right to alter the design, material or specification
of any of the shoes in our collection from time to time
in a constant effort to continually improve them.
Duty
In some countries shoes may be subject to import duty. The
payment of this duty is the responsibility of the purchaser/addressee.
Shipping/Handling
Charges
Within
the UK, shoes are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class service.
Elsewhere,
orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail
or Parcelforce Worldwide. The service used is determined
by number of pairs of shoes shipped. The rates are as follows:

Delivery Times/ Back Orders
Your order will be posted
to you within 14 days. In addition to this, please add the
following number of days for the postal delivery time:.
International
orders: normally delivered by post within 9 days
UK orders: normally delivered by post within 5 days

postal delivery times are as stated by The Royal Mail and
Parcelforce Worldwide and are beyond our control. The postal
delivery time may vary according to the delivery address.
If,
for any reason, your order will take longer than 14 days
to be posted to you, we will advise you with a new posting
date by e-mail.
Returns
We
will accept returns for exchange or refund on the following
conditions:

materials. We guarantee them to be free from any manufacturing
fault. We do not guarantee that they are suitable for your
requirements or give any other guarantee whatsoever.
