Shipping options vary by country, however normal post and express courier options are available for most destinations.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the items being purchased, the destination country and the selected delivery method.
A shipping calculator is available on the shopping basket page, which will display the available shipping options for the selected destination, as well as the relevant shipping costs for the items currently in the shopping basket.
Within the UK
1st Class post does not have a guaranteed delivery time, but items normally arrive the next working day.
DHL Express guarantees next working day delivery.
International orders
Delivery times vary depending on location. Royal Mail services normally take between 5 and 9 working days but this is not guaranteed.
The estimated delivery time for Express courier services will be noted during the checkout process.

Delays in delivery are beyond our control and the times stated above are those quoted from the delivery companies, these may vary depending on your location
In most cases, we are required to allow up to 28 days for items sent by post to be delivered, before an investigation can be raised into any missing items.

All orders within the UK are subject to the addition of VAT at the rate in force at the date of dispatch. Children’s shoes are Zero rated for tax purposes. Our Shopping Cart will automatically add or remove tax as applicable during the checkout process.
As of 01/01/2021 we are not required to charge VAT for orders being shipped to EU member countries. However, customers may be subject to paying VAT at their local rate upon receipt of the order.

In some countries shoes may be subject to import duty. The payment of this duty is the responsibility of the purchaser/addressee.
Because Ray Rose products are of preferential origin, they are exempt from duty charges when being shipped to EU member countries.

We reserve the right to alter the design, material or specification of any of the shoes in our collection from time to time in a constant effort to continually improve them.
All of our shoes are made to a very high standard from top quality materials. We guarantee them to be free from any manufacturing fault. We do not guarantee that they are suitable for your requirements or give any other guarantee whatsoever.
